Finzi Armchair-

Hand finished and upholstered  by BPL in her East London studio, the Finzi club chair was created with the bones of a 1980s frame, completely stripped back and reworked.

 

All of BPL’s pieces are inspired by a magpie's eye to create unique, covetable treasures to last a lifetime and more. Barbara hopes these pieces will be cherished and passed down through generations. Each piece is made from start to finish one at a time. Due to the nature of handwork, each piece may vary ever so slightly.

 

An original 1980s piece that wasn't anything special has been reimagined as a luxurious Art Deco club chair, upholstered in sumptuous Osbourne & Little fine tonal stripe pink velvet, made in Italy. Lacquered wooden arms and decorative quilting.
